MEASURE FOR MEASURE MEN’S CHORUS – December 10

ADMISSION: $15.00 per person

PAYABLE AT THE DOOR THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE

Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church is honored to welcome the Measure for Measure Men’s Chorus back for their Holiday Concert on Sunday, December 10 at 4:00 p.m.  The 90 voice men’s chorus, Measure for Measure, was founded in 1988 to provide an opportunity for men to perform music composed and arranged for male chorus.  The group made its concert debut in April 1989 under the direction of its founding conductor, Dr. Leonard L. Riccinto, and has since grown fourfold.  In 2007, Steven Lorenz became the Music Director and Conductor. Measure for Measure has performed at many venues in the Detroit metropolitan area: Gem Theater, Tiger Stadium, concerts with the Plymouth, Rochester and Ypsilanti Symphony Orchestras, the Michigan Theater, and Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor, as well as in Llangollen, Wales and Canada. The summer of 2002 included a tour of Canada with participation in the Elora Music Festival and the Stratford Summer Music Festival.  In 2004, they were invited to the Intercollegiate Men’s Chorus conference in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and in 2005 they were honored to sing a Pops Concert with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Tickets for this concert will be available at the door.
